Players also have four Appearance slots to customize the class visually, which include: Helmet, Armor, Camo and Decal. Players can customize the Infantry classes with options in the following categories: Primary Weapon, Secondary Weapon, Tool, Melee, Ability, Suit, Grenade, and Utility. Many of these options are made available by a unlocking a Certification. Planetside 2 allows players to customize their Class and Vehicle with a wide range of options within several categories.
